Return Policy
Naturally, I want all of my customers to be happy and satisfied with the products they purchase, but unfortunately, due to the handcrafted nature of my creations, and since I cannot guarantee the purity of my products once they leave my store, I do not accept returned items or exchanges. If you are unhappy with any of my products, please contact me and I will do my best to replace it with a suitable product, or refund your money. All items are individually inspected and hand packed to ensure no damaged items leave my store. If you order is damaged in shipment, please contact me within 48 hours at info@latherandlove.com
If you have a concern or a question about a product you received, please ask me about it before you use it – used products are non-returnable/refundable.
Due to the handcrafted nature of my creations, there will be a variations in the appearance. No two pieces of soap will be alike – it comes with the “handmade” territory!
Products will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 5 days of delivery. The item is your responsibility until it is received back in my store. For your own protection I encourage you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The shipping cost of returning an item to my store is your responsibility. Shipping costs are only refundable where products are damaged and a refund is made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
Payment:
I currently only accept payment through Paypal. Your order will be shipped once your payment has been received. If you prefer to pay by check, please submit your request via email.
Shipping:
Please note all orders are shipped to your confirmed PayPal address. If purchasing a gift, please put the recipient's address in the "shipping to" space. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing your order. All orders will be shipped either First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
