This is a smaller Lavender Blue, Dilly Dilly soap and there are yellowish stains on the top of the soap. Those stains happen as the soap ages, and the oils within the soaps age. It is not harmful and does not change the soap in any way other than its appearance. And, it is for that reason that these soaps are "Soapy Seconds." The soaps are scented with lavender essential oil.
